DISCOVERY PROCESS
We listen to our clients’ goals and desires for their new system. We educate on the latest technologies and possibilities. We cover all potential subsystems that could be designed into the project. We determine the scope of work and budget range for this project at this time.
SYSTEM DESIGN
We put our engineering team to work and define and detail every facet of the project. We build a detailed proposal that outlines every piece and part for every room that will be required in order to accomplish the functionality discussed during the Discovery Phase. An extensive set
of drawings can be created that show graphically where all hardware and pre-wire drops will be located. Our client is delivered this information for review and annotation upon the completion of this phase.
IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS
Additional support documentation is created and the rough-in/trim phase is started. When the interior of the home is ready, we order the main system components and schedule the installation of the hardware. Our jobs are complete when our customers are 100% satisfied with the finished product. This phase can take a few weeks or a few years depending on the scale.
SERVICES & SUPPORT
We provide our clients with all relevant documentation at the final project sign-off. We strive to make every customer a customer for life. By delivering project documentation and through client-specific custom programming, we ensure that the investment our customers have made in their home is well protected and may be serviced for life with accuracy and diligence. As part of our continued support, we schedule a 6 week follow-up visit to ensure that your system is functioning to your satisfaction, as well as answer any questions you may have.
